Ticket Exchange Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. When reserving tickets, please be certain you will be able to attend. While we cannot refund tickets, we do offer limited ticket exchanges for extenuating circumstances. Please see more information about ticket exchanges below.
If you are unable to attend or exchange your tickets, they will be donated towards our affordable access programs to ensure that everyone can experience puppetry regardless of their means!
How to exchange tickets:
Puppet Showplace understands that circumstances may change and you may not be able to attend a performance for which you bought tickets. If you wish to exchange tickets for a show which you can no longer attend:
You may exchange tickets by emailing boxoffice@puppetshowplace.org at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance.
In your email please include the date and time of the performance you would like to attend instead.
We can only exchange tickets for tickets of equal or lesser value. For instance, a $6 Pay What You Can ticket can only be exchanged for another performance that has $6 Pay What You Can tickets available. Our ticketing software does not allow you to retroactively buy a different price ticket.
We can only exchange tickets within the same program (Mainstage, Puppets at Night etc.).
Members have the benefit of exchanging tickets up to an hour before a performance. If you would like more information about this Member Benefit, please click here.
Puppet Showplace reserves the right to deny ticket exchanges for any reason.
In the unlikely event that Puppet Showplace must cancel the show, your tickets will be refunded.
If someone in your party is ill:
If you or someone in your party are unwell, we ask that you please not attend the theater for the wellbeing of our staff, artists, and your fellow audience members. If you are not sure whether you should attend your scheduled show or program at Puppet Showplace, please consult our Illness Policy, and contact our Box Office for ticket options due to illness.
In order to prevent the unwitting spread of disease we have a small stock of extra face masks in case you need one during the performance. We also run our air purifiers to prevent contaminated air exchange.
