About the Show

Splash! Dive beneath the ocean’s sparkly surface to the wild and dripping-wet world of Little Big Eye a puppet show that features actual underwater puppets in a 60-gallon tank!

Little Big Eye swims to the bottom of the ocean to find a life-changing elixir. With the help of an Octopus spirit guide, our little hero discovers the unique power of Big Eye fish: by acting as a community, Little Big Eye and his family can dazzle and confuse predators — and ultimately save the day by shining together!

This lush, explosively colorful show features original music and gorgeous handcrafted puppets made from everything from neoprene to cork to recycled plastics.

Puppet Showplace Theater's Incubator Program is proud to present the world premiere of this new, underwater version of Little Big Eye! An earlier version of this show premiered in Hawai'i at Honolulu Theatre for Youth, and was performed at the American Museum of Natural History in New York.

And, you’re invited to wear your best ocean-themed outfit to any performance of Little Big Eye! We’ll have special stickers for anyone sporting a bathing suit, goggles, mermaid costume, flippers, or any other sea-tastic looks!
