SNOW CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a weather emergency, Puppet Showplace Theatre will cancel regularly scheduled performances.
We will make every effort to give as much advanced notice of this situation as possible and to contact ticket holders individually. Up to date information about cancellations will also be available on this webpage and on the theatre's outgoing voice message.
If you have reserved tickets to a canceled performance, a credit will be added your account. To use your credit and reserve tickets to another performance, please contact the PST Box Office at email@example.com or by calling 617-731-6400 x101.
SNOW POLICY FAQ
1. What determines whether a show is canceled due to snow?
Puppet Showplace Theatre will make every effort to stay open, even in cases of severe weather. However, if the Town of Brookline declares a weather emergency and institutes an on-street parking ban, Puppet Showplace will not open for business. Also, if a storm makes it unsafe for a performer to travel to PST and a last-minute substitute cannot be found, PST will have to cancel the scheduled performance.

2. What do I do if I have tickets already reserved to a canceled show?
A ticket credit (“rain check”) will be on file at PST under your reservation name. To reserve tickets to a future performance, please contact the PST Box Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 617-731-6400 ext. 101. As inclement weather may also affect Puppet Showplace Theatre staff, we ask for your patience during any weather-related emergency.
